How we vet and monitor suppliers

Before onboarding, and throughout the relationship, Zynsera applies a structured due diligence process to every health supplier.

Due diligence begins before a contract is signed: verifying licensing, manufacturing certifications, and quality track record. It continues through periodic audits, batch documentation review, and performance monitoring.

Where risks are identified, we work collaboratively with suppliers on corrective action plans, escalating only where standards are not met after reasonable opportunity to improve.
