Our Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standard of behaviour expected of every Zynsera employee, contractor and representative — in the lab, on the production floor, and in every interaction with regulators, customers and communities.
What the Code covers
- Compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical laws, GMP standards and licensing requirements.
- Zero tolerance for falsification of quality, safety or financial records.
- Fair, respectful treatment of colleagues, suppliers and healthcare partners.
- Avoidance of conflicts of interest and appropriate disclosure where they arise.
- Protection of patient data and confidential business information.
- A duty to speak up — see our Raising Concerns policy.
